• Fees once paid are non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned in a specific program policy.

• In case of rescheduling, prior notice (minimum 24 hours) is required.

• Missed sessions without notice may be treated as completed sessions.

All materials, reports, assessment tools, session content, videos, templates, and frameworks provided by Vikas Career Coach remain our intellectual property.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Career success depends on multiple personal and external factors.
We do not guarantee:

• Specific job placements

• Salary outcomes

• Admission confirmations

• Business or career success

Our role is to guide and recommend based on assessment and experience.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vikas Career Coach shall not be liable for:

• Career decisions made by the Client

• Financial loss, missed opportunities, or indirect damages

• Technical interruptions of website or online sessions

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Data Privacy

We collect and process personal information only for delivering services and improving user experience.
Your data is handled in accordance with Indian laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
