Refund and Returns Policy

Effective Date: 1st Feb, 2026

At Vikas Career Coach, we offer digital and advisory services including career counselling sessions, assessments, and mentoring programs. As these are online services delivered after confirmed payment, the following policy applies:

  1. Payment Requirement
    All services, sessions, tests, and consultations are available only after full payment is successfully received.

  2. No Refund After Service Activation
    Once any of the following has occurred, no refund shall be issued:

  • Session scheduled or conducted

  • Psychometric test accessed or started

  • Assessment report generated

  • Coaching program initiated

  • Any digital resource shared

Because our services involve time allocation, customized planning, and digital access, payments are non-refundable once service engagement begins.

  1. Limited Refund Window (Before Service Usage)
    If a client makes payment but:

  • Does not schedule a session

  • Does not access the test

  • Does not initiate any service

  • And informs us within 3 days of payment

Then a refund may be processed after deducting:

  • Payment gateway charges

  • Applicable taxes

  • Administrative processing fees

Requests received after 3 days from payment will not be eligible for refund.

  1. No-Show Policy
    If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, it may be considered a completed session and will not be eligible for refund.

  2. Processing Time
    Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
